Appointment Policy

Veterinary Supplies and Products may be picked up anytime when the hospital is open without an appointment.  Special arrangements may be made if you can't pick up the item(s) during regular hours.

 

Appointments to see the Doctor are by Appointment Only. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority followed by Patients with previously scheduled appointments.

 

When the hospital is closed, Emergency Phone Numbers are located on our phone answering system. Pet Emergency Treatment Services (PETS) is also available.  See "For Emergencies" section for phone number, address, and directions.

 

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash and personal checks.

 

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. 

 

All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.
